Deep orange beards pop against Grape Zebra's deep purple plicata falls. Intense violet tones are particularly strong around the edges of the falls, complimenting the darker color of the standards. You'll fall for the large flower size of this iris, and you'll have plenty of them with six to seven buds per stem. Grape Zebra Tall Bearded Iris works perfectly as a back–of–border flower.
