It is a fashionable garden accessory, first popularized when it caught Queen Victoria's eye at the 1851 Grand Expedition. It's the kind of simply beautiful basket you'd expect to find at the crook of an elbow in a French flower market. Instead of traditional stiff handles that make it hard to store, our version has nice faux leather handles, which are soft on the hands and fold down for easy storage.
