A low grower, Blue Emerald Carpet Phlox reaches a modest 4-6" in height, making it the perfect choice for front borders, rock gardens, mixed containers and as a gorgeous flowering ground cover. It does very well on slopes, eliminating the telltale signs of soil erosion, and is drought-resistant once established.
