While azaleas are often one of the first blooms of spring, you'll savor the Pink and Sweet Azalea all season long, thanks to its vibrant foliage. Pink and Sweet boasts clusters of marshmallow-pink flowers with yellow flares in late spring, and this attractive shrub is blanketed with attractive, glossy leaves all summer. In fall, the leaves turn a vibrant, candy-apple red. We adore Pink and Sweet as an accent piece or in borders. Since azalea roots can freeze overwinter, be sure to choose a somewhat sheltered planting location and provide rich, acidic and well-drained soil to help this shrub thrive. We promise its all-weather performance will be worth the effort!
