Ordering from Spring Hill is easy. We offer our customers 4 easy ways to order:

How to Place an Order Online

During the order process, you will be asked to register and create you own personal Spring Hill password. Follow the steps below when placing an order.

  1. If you already know the items you want and have the catalog item number, use our Order from Catalog service located in the right hand navigation bar. You can click on the more items for all the items on you list. Proceed to step 3.

  2. To find the items you want to order, you can use any one of our search functions. You can search for specific plant items or by plant categories and types. When you find an item you’d like to order, click on the Buy Now button. This will take you to the page to show you the description of the plant and give you the option of how many you want to buy. Then you will hit the Buy Now button and it will be added to your cart. A screen with a special offer will then appear and on this you will need to click on the continue shopping or the proceed to check out button. You can access your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking on View Cart at the top of any page on our web site.

  3. If you received a special offer or discount that isn’t reflected in your Shopping Cart, please enter the Keycode number you received with the special offer and click Apply Coupon. Your special offer will then show in the Shopping Cart. Then click the Checkout Now button.

  4. On the welcome page you will need to enter your zip code. This step is required for both new and existing customers.

    You will then need to click if you are I am a new visitor without a catalog or I am existing customer and/or I receive a Spring Hill catalog

    Then you will need to enter your email address. This step is required for both new and existing customers.

    Next, you can enter your account number if you have your catalog.

    Then, Click the Continue button.

  5. If you put in your account number it will fill in your billing information. Also it will give you the option to use the billing address as your shipping address and you will not have to enter the information. After entering you billing and shipping information you will click the Continue button.

  6. The next step is to fill in your payment information. There are two choices you can pay with a credit card or you can pay with a replacement or gift certificate.

    If paying with credit card you will enter the name on the credit card. Then you will enter the credit card number. From the drop down boxes you will choose the month and year of the expiration date. Then you will enter in the cvv code (his can be found on the back of your credit card at the end of the signature line).

    If paying with a replacement or gift certificate you will click the box beside the question. Then two boxes will come up for you to enter the numbers from your certificate. You can use two certificates at a time.

    When you are finished putting in your payment information you are going to click the Click Now to Review Your Order button.

  7. On the Review and Submit screen, the items you ordered are displayed. If you need to make any changes to your order, you can change quantities or remove items from the order.

    On this screen, you can click edit and make changes to the billing and shipping address, or billing information.

  8. Once you’ve verified your order information, enter. Then click the Click Here Now to Submit Order button at the bottom of the page to complete your order. Click the button once--double-clicking may result in duplicate orders.

  9. You’re order has been processed! You’ll receive an e-mail confirmation that your order was placed within 24 hours.

Order by Mail

You may also mail your order to us in the envelope provided with the catalog. If you don’t have a catalog envelope, mail your order to:
