This variety is a classic; its ruffled standards and falls show how elegant the iris flower form can be. Lord of Rings' colors, however, will be something unusual in the spring garden. These are pale fall tones, accentuated by antique gold, and while they're light enough to belong with spring's typical pastels, they're different enough to stand out. Lord of Rings is a rebloomer, so it'll come back to lead your summer garden into the fall show. In autumn, the gorgeous blooms will match the changing trees.
