Green rounded buds herald the start of late summer when they open into a vivid plethora of bright yellow, small flowers. With the medium plant form, the yellow blooms create a second level of color above perennial beds. Following the flowers, silky seed heads keep the display interesting even in winter. This clematis is an orientalis hybrid like Golden Harvest clematis, but far more compact, perfect for smaller gardens where other orientalis flowers might be too large. Clematis tangutica 'Kaśka'
