I ordered 3 trumpets in March 2009 to go around this awful utility cable pole which is in the front of my house off the residential road. So, I decided to dress it up without looking at the dam pole everyday; I hate that pole, it's so ugly. The trumpets are surrounded with 2 butterfly bush that I planted. The trumpets do take over but I've been tending to them every weekend training them to attach to the pole and the stakes that I've inserted in the ground to give them something to attach to and not the other flowers that currently planted near by. All-in-all, I'm very happy thus far but probably won't see blooms until next year.

Takes over!!!

Beautiful vine with wonderful color...HOWEVER - BUYER BEWARE!!! This vine grows crazy through it's root system and will spread throughout your garden, yard and anywhere it can run. Very hard to kill off. Will take over and kill off anything else in the same garden or gardens close by, if planted to close to your house could pose danger to siding. Root system can be found 2ft deep or more.
