Josee

I bought 2 of thim and 1 died the other 1is doing VERY well.It has not bloomed yet but it grew 1foot Very fast trick is water! It luvs water in the hot summer months the most important TIP when transplanting go up in pot size gradually don't just put it in a big pot,it will put all of its energies trying to grow to fit that big pot, that could lead to it dieing or won't produce at all.I won't plant it in the ground until it gets a little bigger ,by that time it will be big enough to with stand the weather changes. (WATER,POT SIZE that's the trick).

Great investent!

This spring I bought 22 lilacs. The plants were small but very healthy, 5-8" tall. Every single one took off right after planting. Unfortunately, I've lost 3 to bunnies, but others are doing very well and most of them grew to 2-3' so far and blooming again, while it's September in Chicago! I cannot wait to enjoy them for the years to come. Thank you, Sprinhills!

single bloom

This is the 3rd summer I have these plants. They seem to appear to be healthy, however they only bloomed once per year. They are in full sun and I water when it doesn't rain. What's the trick?

I bought 4 last year. They have doubled in size already. I've had three different sets of blooms on the plants. Their fragrance is divine. I love these plants.

Planted this last year at a new home in a drought. It lived which was amazing in itself. This is it's second year. It bloomed at 1 feet tall this spring. Currently mid-July it is blooming again! It has also grown another 2 feet taller. It is awesome and smells heavenly!! Wish I could afford 50 of them!

Alright

I bought 2 of these this year, and they seemed to be doing good until I mowed one over by mistake. Even so, after a week it has some buds on it so it looks like it will come back. I've only given it 4 stars for now because I have yet to see it flower. I wanted to write a review of the hardiness of the plant. O, and the one I mowed over looked like it was going to give some flowers. UGH!

Amazed
Reviewed By:  Susan Milbank (Westland, Michigan)
I love lilacs and ordered my Josee last year and planted it right away. I expected it to have to be a few feet tall to bloom, but it was less than ten inches tall when it bloomed, it's very first spring! I was amazed. I check it every day for new buds to show up. That smell is what Heaven will smell like.
