I found five seven gallon incrediballs at a nursery near where I live. The owner cut me a deal because the plants looked stragley and no one would touch them, but i could see that they were ok. These flowers are amazing, fantastic, unbelievable incredible. They had tons of huge blooms the first year and this year , many of the blooms are 12 inches in diameter. I could not be happier with them. They are the best performers in my garden.
Arrived small and late and it took a while to adjust after planting, but this year (the next summer) wow! Fast grower, very large, tons of HUGE flowers! Everyone comments about it. Very good choice!
For anyone wondering this hydrangea really does grow into exactly like described. It takes about 2 years though.. wait and you'll be more than pleased when a dozen or so of these giant blooms appear. The first year though there won't be much to see. Definitely buy a few & get a few stakes to support them initially.
Bought it this spring and it was so small but now it has doubled in size and has already made some flowers. I only rate it a 4 because they are not full size yet.
