This plant has done well for me in Cincinnati, Ohio. It is blooming right now and looked great throughout the winter.

Didn't Have Great Luck

I didn't have any success with the Vinca. They are shipped without soil and it takes quite a while to get established - while the weeds and summer heat overtake them. I've given them 2 years, lost a great % and finally have given up (planting Asian jasmine in its place). May be better in cooler regions, not Texas.
